Returns/Exchanges

In order for a product to qualify for a return or exchange, it must remain in new condition with all original packaging intact.  Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% and return shipping fees.  Please contact us via email for all return or exchange inquiries.  Exchanges are dependent on inventory at the time of inquiry.

 

Order Processing/Shipping

Your order is important to us - because of this we try to promptly process orders within 24-48 hours prior to purchase.  However there are some instances (track events, shows) where order processing will take longer.  If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, please reach out to us via email.

Shipping rates are calculated using a variety of carriers to best suite your location.  The carrier shown on checkout may differ from the actual delivery carrier.  Please refer to your generated tracking number for which carrier will be delivering your order.

If a package is marked as RTS (Return To Sender) because of an incorrect address, or error made upon checkout, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping needed to resend, or will be given a refund minus the initial shipping charges. 

 

International Customers (Outside US)

We process payments directly through our site only for a select number of countries for International orders. If you do not see your country available in checkout, please contact us for estimates and payment instructions via email.  Due to high shipping rates, international orders must be calculated on a per-location basis.  Please note, we do not hold inventory for pending custom orders.

Please contact us through email to get in touch regarding any questions you may have. If your question involves an order placed, please include relevant information (order number, full name, items ordered, email, etc.) to speed up the process.  Do not contact us via Instagram for order inquiries as they tend to get lost and are difficult to organize/manage.  You will receive a response much quicker via email.

 

Warranty

Group B Unlimited provides a warranty to the initial or primary owner, ensuring that its wheels are devoid of defects in materials and workmanship when appropriately installed and used under normal operating conditions. This warranty remains valid for a duration of one year from the original purchase date when the wheels are new. Group B Unlimited is committed to repairing or replacing, at its discretion, any wheel that demonstrates failure in normal usage and service due to material and/or workmanship defects, following a thorough examination. Any expenses associated with transportation or other costs arising from the defective product will not be covered.

To initiate the warranty process, all defective products must be sent to Group B Unlimited for direct inspection. It is important to note that Group B Unlimited cannot be held liable for damages or losses resulting from delays, failures, consequential damages of any kind, or charges incurred during the product replacement. When returning defective parts, it is mandatory to provide a Return Authorization number, proof of purchase, and a comprehensive description of the identified defect(s).  The warranty does not cover the following situations:

  1. Wheels that have undergone any alterations or repairs.
  2. Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to damage caused by car washes, chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions, or neglect.
  3. Appearance defects in wheels that have been mounted subsequent to purchase or sold as blemished products.
  4. Any defect, malfunction, or failure caused by shipping, off-road use, abuse, accidents, or negligence.**
  5. Individuals who are not the original or first owners of the wheel.
  6. Individuals who cannot provide proper documentation (valid proof of purchase).
  7. Individuals who did not make the purchase through an authorized Konig retailer or distributor.

Additional note: The vehicle must maintain proper air pressure (in accordance with the factory-recommended tire pressure), and the tires used on the vehicle must be appropriately sized (retaining at least the minimum overall rolling diameter recommended by the factory).
